Mom, or rather my mother language "Amma"... It such a heavy word in any language.
Any caste or religion the place of a mother is very very sacred. Mother, the birth giver. So, I would talk a little on Mother. I know the words on earth would be less to talk about any mother, but it's just an attempt. I also dedicate it as a gratitude to my lovely mom...
When you are hurt, who is the very first person you remember? Whose food do you miss the most? Where do you like to sleep often? Sounds like most of the 'W' questions have an ultimate answer. Suddenly, you can notice that the centre of universe has changed. That what ever you do, starts and ends with mom. Like the root of all solutions lies in your mom. We wouldn't have realized, but every of our decisions we take would be based on what mom taught you in early days of life. Our daily routines will also have hidden advices from mom. But somewhere at the start of the day or in the EOD, we would not even be gratitude to her. We sometimes even don't have time or rather a mind to ask mom, how she was and how her day went by.
One rainy evening sipping my coffee with my mom in rain, I ask my mom, "What do you do in free time other than household". She replies to me by saying she would think of her kids. I was taken aback by surprise. I ask her, about her hobbies. Then she explains to me, "Hobbies are all for small ages. As you grow older, your priorities changes. When you have family, will you realize what am I trying to say. Anything you try to do, you would end up thinking about your kids. About how they are, what they might be doing. Hoping against all hope that the kids are safe. That no trouble hits them." Rains continue to splash and I sat there trying to understand the depth of her words. Every single day, every second your mom would have been thinking about you. That day brought a new fresh perspective about mom to me. When mom keeps a worry thread on us active all time, we owe her something right?!!
I now make sure, I give a thought about my mom at least once a day. Make sure to update my wish list with at least one of hers. I can't share the joy with you people when I last time fulfilled her smallest wish. It was merrily priceless. When I started to write this article, I thought I would tell you straight point, look after you mom and keep her happy... But then, why would anybody like to take a point blank orders. Here am I now challenging you guys to change your life style once. Try to step into your mom's shoes for a while and understand the crucial role of her in your own life. With that done, make sure you ask your mom at least once a day "How was your day, mom?"...
So there am I concluding this article with a question and a smile. Hoping this touched your hearts, and hoping that you remembered you mom while reading it. Last but not the least, Value your smile beyond everything in life but assure that your mom's happiness is above everything.
Please Take care :-)
Keep smiling :-)
With loads of love,
Maddy.
Thank you :-)
